Make Survey tools - from the start till CL10:
Structure Fundamentals IV
-make 53 tools using ~1650 metal, ~10 minutes

Then make Wind Power Generators - until CL18 : Structure Fundamentals VI
-make ~28 windmills using 9200 metal, 2900 steel, 2600 ore and 1900 aluminum, ~10 minutes

 Then Crafting stations - until 42 : STructure Essentials VI
- make ~175 stations, 77k metal, ~30 minutes

Then grind Fountains    until level 86 : Structure Mastery V
 - make ~325 fountains, 325k ore, 98k metal, 163k water, 60-80 minutes

Finally Gungan Heads - all the way to master
 - make ~50 heads, ~150k ore  and ~50k gems, ? minutes

 This assumes you use practice mode and inspiration buff.   There are variations but this is the most common and one of the simpliest.
