Smuggler Missions

 

Section 1» Smuggling Missions and Underworld Faction Points (UFP)

Smuggling missions are a type of delivery system. Instant Travel and Shuttles are blocked while on a mission. You will also get attacked during these missions by different authorities depending on what planet you are on. Contraband missions (detailed below) will grant you higher rewards. Tiers 4 and 5 grants you access to the PVP missions.

 

You also gain Illegal Pistol Moduals (IPM's) for teir 3-5 missions. A complete guide for them can be found here.

 

 

 

Tier 1 (0-1000)
Tatooine, Bestine: Barak -1049 -3537
Reward per normal mission: 2.5k credits and 50 ufp
Reward per contraband mission: 5k credits and 100ufp

Tier 2: (1000-1500)

Tier 4: (2000-2499) PVP opt-in
Smuggler's Outpost, Endor: Harding -837 1617
Reward per normal mission: 15k credits,25 ufp and 2 IPM's (PVE), 30 ufp (PVP)
Reward per contraband mission: 30k credits, 35 ufp and 2 IPM's

Tier 5 (2500-3000) PVP or PVE
Dathomir Outpost, Dathomir: Russel 542 3054
Reward per normal mission: 50k credits,35 ufp (PVP) 25k credits, 25 ufp and 3 IPM's (PVE)
Reward per contraband mission: 50k credits, 35 ufp and 3 IPM's
Smuggler rank reward at 3000 Choice of: DE-10, DL-44, Underworld Blade or Underworld Knucklers

 

Section 2» Contraband (No Trade)
Note: These are not the looted contraband for the DD6 Collection.

 

 Use the Find Illicit Goods special on npcs on the ground or destroy enemy ships in space (they are just like normal loot after a kill) to find contraband.

Once you have 5 of one type of contraband, talk to a dealer and they will pack it up for you and you go on another run similar to the Smuggler Mission. The difference is, this one nets you more UFP than a normal run.

If you increase your smuggler rank, the lower level NPC will not talk to you and your lower level contraband is now worth chump change in credits to the lower tiered dealer. In space, if you increase your rank, the loot will level with you. On the ground though, it seems there is a bug where tier 1 loot will still drop in the tier 2 area.
